Forty-three years of production systems: Unix kernel work in the 1980s, ERP at Nu Skin, a decade at Oracle, a decade as a Principal Solution Engineer at Salesforce, then Senior Director of AI at Uptima, a Salesforce partner, where he invented patent-pending visual intelligence for technical diagrams. He founded Iron Rod Systems in 2025.
